TraCE is a collection of tools for automating the software configuration and deployment process.

Currently we are working on the following tools:

• Nix Deployment System: an environment for safe software builds requiring precise dependencies

• XTC: a framework for transformation tool composition

• Maak Build System: an improved version of make that combines software construction and software deployment

• BuildFarm: an environment for testing software in multiple configurations on multiple platforms
