Title: Reflex: A versatile kernel for multi-language AOP

Abstract

Reflex is a versatile kernel for aspect languages. Once started out as a open reflective extension to Java, it evolved into a framework to define aspect languages using cut, action and binding mechanisms. Reflex offers basic facilities for behavioral and structural transformatoin to support the aspect languages. Besides that, it also supports composition rules: it allows the aspect language developer to specify the way in which different aspects are to interact with each other. In this talk I will present an overview of Reflex.
