The preferred method to obtain uulib and uuagc is through Hackage (see above).
Alternatively, you can try some older versions below.
You need to install the parsing and pretty printing combinator library (UULIB, below) before installing the Attribute Grammar System (UUAG). Either download both UULIB and UUAGC packages below.
