Bibtex is a format for storing bibliographic information. The goal of this application is to create and maintain online bibliographies based on the Bibtex format. It should be possible to add new bibliography entries and to provide various selections and views of these entries, and to add comments to entries.
You can/should use the tools provided by the bibtex-tools package:
