The [[http://freenode.net][Freenode IRC network]] hosts many computer-science related chat channels, with several dedicated to Haskell.

The following links take directly take you to a Java-based webchat in
the named IRC channels. You can also join these channels from your preferred IRC client by connecting to =irc.freenode.org=.

Note that we also frequent these channels. As one of the people on the channel put it: _sure, give us your homework and we'll email it                    straight to your teacher :)_

   * [[ChatHaskell][#haskell]] is the main channel on all things Haskell. The language on #haskell is English, and the channel is usually _very_ busy.
   * [[ChatHaskellDut][#haskell.dut]] is the channel where you can speak about Haskell in Dutch. This channel is somewhat more relaxed.
