Welcome reception

The welcome reception takes place on Wednesday, in the building of the ICAB, an incubator that accommodates and coaches start-up companies in the ICT and Engineering sector. You will be offered a range of Belgium beers and snacks.

Banquet dinner

The banquet dinner will take place on Thursday evening, in the Royal Belgian Institute of Natural Sciences. The museum has several permanent exhibitions, such as the Dinosaur hall (Europe’s largest dinosaur gallery), the Whale hall, and the Mammal Gallery with recent and extinct mammals.

The banquet will take place in the beautiful Dinosaur hall, where we will enjoy a delightful dinner. The banquet will be preceded by a free guided tour to the museum.
