How to register

To register for the conference, complete the online registration form and submit. Details on the registration fees, terms and accommodation is provided below. Changes and special requests not visible on the online form can also be made by requesting them by contacting the conference office email at info@icsob.org.

Registration for the conference

The registration fees for ICSOB 2011 conference are provided below.

Students that are the second or more registrant of an organization get a deduction of 30% on the conference and workshop fees.

If registration on-line is not possible, please contact the conference office by email at info@icsob.org to receive instructions for registering and a pdf-registration form. Email registrations with insufficient registration data are not accepted as registrations.

Payment

The conference fees must be fully paid in euros on-line by SSL secured credit card payment or using internet bank when registering or by requesting an invoice when registering. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Eurocard. More detailed information on payment is given on the online registration forms.

Comditions

The registration of participation is binding.
Early registration fees apply only when registration is completed by or on May 10, 2011 and valid payment is received.
Cancellations (full or partial) must be submitted to the conference office at info@icsob.org. Cancellations (full or partial) received until May 10, 2011 are subject to a 20% administrative fee. Refunds will be made within four weeks of the end of the conference. In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective. If cancellation is made later than May 10, 2011 there is no refund on the fees.
Instead of cancelling, you may transfer your registration to someone else by giving him or her a written authorisation that is presented on-site.
The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event).
Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
The organisers reserve the right to modify the program in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Payments will be refunded if the conference will be cancelled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
