Registration

Registration is opened.

For member of SIKS research school: the event is sponsored by SIKS as part of the educational program. Therefore Phd-students working on the conference topics are strongly encouraged to participate. Participation is limited, but due to the cooperation between SIKS and the local organisation there is a fixed number of places available for SIKS PhD students working on the topics of the workshop. SIKS will pay for the registration costs. Interested PhD-students should send a motivating email to SIKS office <office@siks.nl> and confirm that their supervisor supports their application. They will receive a message whether they can participate as a SIKS-phd-student as soon as possible.

Registration fee information

1. At least one author of each paper or demo must register for the workshop.
2. Early-bird registration fee holds for registrations completed (and payment received) before October 16, 2009.
3. Students have a special reduced fee. In order to qualify for this fee, students are required to send a fax with a copy of their student card or a confirmation letter signed by their supervisor.
4. ESAW encourages the participation of students. For each academic registration, one student can register at the "Accompanying student" rate.
5. Registration includes a printed copy of the proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks, a welcome reception on Wednesday evening and a social diner on Thursday evening.

In case of cancellation

• until October 31st: Reimbursement of registration fees minus 100 euros of charges.
• after October 31st: No reimbursement of registration fees.
