Accommodation
The ESAW 2009 local organisation has set up an agreement with several hotels for delegates. We have tried to arrange a wide range of hotel types, to cater for different desires and budgets. All hotels are within easy reach of the city center, where the conference will take place.
If you are planning to come by car to Utrecht, we advise you to choose one of the hotels located outside the city center. The center of Utrecht is hard to reach by car and parking is expensive. Some hotels include a parking lot, please refer to the hotel websites for their accommodations.
You are kindly requested to reserve directly with the hotel. The list and map below indicate the preferred manner of reservation (can differ from hotel to hotel). To make sure you take advantage of the deals we have arranged with each hotel, please take note of the Reference information.
