| Contents: | Management Control is about the governance of organizations from an integral and multidisciplinary perspective. The most important principles and models of management control will be presented in this course, including tools and techniques to generate management information. The main management control issues are particularly addressed by cases and case studies, based on multi-national other major corporations. |

The weekly meetings on Monday will be of a masterclass and lecture type. There will be short lectures, excercises, groupwork and presentations. At each meeting, students from pre-constructed groups will be asked to do presentations that will be judged and administrated. A positive evaluation of your presentation is needed to attend the final exam (see below). Groups will be formed at the beginning of the course. |
