Contents:

The Seminar Computer Animation will focus on a selection of relevant animation-oriented papers. We will look at common animation techniques related to motion capturing, kinematics, interpolation and so on. Also, a visit to the motion capture lab at the university will be organised.

This seminar mainly explores the technical issues involved with computer animation. There is also another course available that follows an information science perspective, by looking at topics such as traditional animation (cartoons), interactive storytelling and rich media.
