The first thing to do is come up with an initial Subproject's backlog. The team leader will be responsible for planning your sprints and managing the backlog.
Here is an excel template to keep track of backlog![]()

Check pointing is intended to keep you on track and to provide you with fast feedback (so you don't have to wait for the traditional review that may take weeks to complete).
During the check pointing round you need to prepare a draft solution (expect for the last check point, where you need to prepare a prototype), and bring along your backlog and your burnout chart.
Show and discuss them with your assistant. He can advise you. Do keep in mind each assistant has to handle a bunch of teams, and we only have limited time. So, be considerate.
Please note that you can only submit your work for grading if you pass the check pointing. We don't expect you to come with a finished work during the check pointing, but we certainly don't expect you to come with a blank page.
