Course ICT-Entrepreneurship

The objective of this assignment is to create a vision of your product/service and scope the vision for the first release. Please find the product definition template here.

Your Product Definition should be submitted according to the instructions of Project Office.

The chances for product approval can be significantly improved by taking the following into account:

· It is no longer true that things need to be built from scratch. Please also mention the development framework or model driven approach you will be using for your prototype.

o Servoy is an application framework that can be used with an academic license. Some programming skills (Java) are necessary. 

o Ruby on Rails is a web application framework that enables software developers to quickly develop new web applications.

· If your product idea is part of an already active software ecosystem you can potentially be more successful.

o One can think of mobile ecosystems, such as Android, iPhone, Symbian, BlackBerry, etc.

o Think of existing product platforms such as Microsoft CRM, SAP, etc.
