Course ICT Entrepreneurship

The objective of this assignment is to develop a solid business model for your prospective product or service.

Describe the following subjects according to the instructions in the lecture on Business Models:

1. Product Context Diagram: give the diagram with an explanation of all products (required, optional, etc.). Motivate your choice for the overall product vision, such as web-site, web-application, portal, client-server application, server application, utility add-on (plug-in), etc.

2. Software Supply Network Model: give the diagram with a proper legend of ALL components.
   
   
3. Financial model: please explain how your company will eventually start making a profit. Refer to the money flows in b.
   
4. The Business Model Canvas according to Osterwalder.

Don’t make it too complex. For both a and b we require about 1 page A4 description besides the diagrams. Please take a look at the paper by Vasilis Boucharas, Slinger Jansen and Sjaak Brinkkemper, entitled: “Software Ecosystem Modeling”. It can be downloaded here.

Your Business Model report should be submitted according to the instructions of Project Office.
