Announcements

 
·        Based on the results of the Finance and Management Accounting re-exams taken on January 3 and 4, the final results for the Financial Management course 2007 are published and the exam page.
 
·        Please note that the re-exam Finance is scheduled on 3-1-2008, 2-5 PM in BBL-471.
·        Please note that the re-exam Management Accounting is scheduled on 4-1-2008, 2-5 PM in BBL-471.

 

·        For those who plan to attend the inspection/re-exam preparation meeting next Wednesday (December 9) between 10 and 12 AM in BBL509, please prepare the following:
1.      Read the solution of the midterm Finance exam 2007: here
2.      Read the solution of the final MAC exam 2007: here
3.      Bring your own solutions in writing to the meeting, in order to get efficient feedback.

 

·        Based on the results of the Management Accounting exam taken on Tuesday November 6, the final results for the Financial Management course 2007 are published and the exam page. Note that re-exams are scheduled for week 1 in 2008 (monitor the education-page). An inspection/re-exam preparation meeting supported by Jan Mulder is planned at Wednesday December 9, between 10 and 12 AM in BBL509.

 

·        The week44 page contains the solution of the second Management Accounting group assignment.
·        Find a new upload on the new exams page: a sample examination for the Management Accounting exam to be held on 6/11/2007.

·        The results of the Finance midterm exam, held on October 9 2007, are published on the exam page.

·        By handing in and/or presenting fair solutions of the group assignments/practice hour problems, participants can obtain 30 % of the final grade of this half-course. The remaining 70 % will consist of the result of the final examination.

Solutions of the assignments (hardcopy) to be handed in during class or to be mailed to mulder.j.m@freeler.nl before 2 p.m. that day. List the names of all group members on the front page.

All problem numbers refer to the 5th edition of the textbook. The text of the 4th edition can still be used, but students should be aware that the text and numbering of the problems were drastically changed.

The participants of the working groups ( 3 – 5 students each ) should be communicated to the lecturer September 11th at the latest.
