Week 10

Continue working on Cordys project. Present validation approach

Teams are asked to discuss their validation approach with the lecturers on Monday early-afternoon. This is done per team individually, so your availability is only expected at the below timeslots. Location is BBL 426.

The validation interviews include a number of meta-questions, that do not directly reflect the CFSs. Please include in your interviews at least the following meta-questions:

-         Name, location HQ of your organization?

-         Size of your organization in terms of FTEs (employees)?

-         Your organization’s sector?

-         Your job/function in the organization?

-         Quality of the interview questions (very bad, bad, medium, good, very good)?

-         Does your organization have an Enterprise Architecture?

-         Is your organization currently executing a BPMS project? If yes, for what purpose?

-         Is middleware being used in your organization? If yes, from what vendor?

-         Please indicate your level of knowledge on SOA (very low, low, medium, high, very high)

-         Is a SOA paradigm being used in your organization?

-         Do you think that in the interview questions CSFs were missing? If so, which ones?
