About the student presentations
Each group has to report on
their organization by means of a brief presentation of about 15 minutes. The
presentations should give a general picture of the enterprise architecture of the
organization (mission, vision, strategy, SCD, corporate EFD, one or two
function EFDs and, depending on complexity of the organization and how much
info you already gathered, some info on AO or SID).
The presentations must be
uploaded to the group's submission folder on BSCW at least 3 hours before the
actual presentation will be given; this is to avoid unnecessary delay between
the group presentations. Make sure the name of the presentation has the
following format: "presentation-paper1-group[XX]" where XX is your
group number.
Each group member has to do
a part of the presentation (which of course should be in English). You should
allow for 1-2 minutes for questions and/or.
The schedule for the groups
is listed underneath. On Tuesday there is just one session, and on Thursday
there will be two parallel sessions, one in the normal lecture room and one in BBL-069.
All students (i.e. also the
non-presenters) are expected to visit the presentations and to provide
feedback.
