how to reach us

by car:

Watch road traffic around Utrecht, and in the Netherlands

• motorway A28 from Utrecht in direction Amersfoort,
• exit 2, "De Uithof",
• Universiteitsweg and Leuvenlaan to a parking lot nearby (see map),
• Buys Ballot Laboratorium: walk to the Princetonplein, look south for a square, concrete building.

You may have to pay for parking; up to approx 5 euro per day.

by train:

Consult the Dutch Railways site for schedules and other travel information.

• Take a train to Utrecht Central Station,
• At Central Station, take city bus 11, 12 or 12s to De Uithof,
  Busses run between 06.00 and 24.00. See the Utrecht bus schedules.
• Buys Ballot Laboratorium: bus 11 ; at stop Botanische Tuinen look north for the biggest, square, gray, concrete building.
  Minnaert Gebouw: bus 11 ; at stop Botanische Tuinen; look north and, well, you can't miss it.
  Hans Freudenthal Gebouw: bus 11 ; at stop Botanische Tuinen; go north, behind Minnaert Gebouw.
  Hijmans van den Bergh Gebouw: bus 11, 12(s) ; at stop Heidelberglaan.
  David de Wiedgebouw: bus 11, 12(s) ; at stop Heidelberglaan.
  Boothzaal, Universiteitsbibliotheek: bus 11, 12(s) ; at stop Heidelberglaan.
  Centrumgebouw Noord: bus 11 and 12(s) ; at stop Heidelberglaan, and back up a little ; look for a red brick building built across the road.
