For each oral presentation, a slot of 25 minutes in total is available. Note that this includes time for questions from the audience, and for switching between speakers; therefore, make sure your presentation lasts at most 20 minutes, so that a few minutes are available for questions.
NOTE: YOU DO NOT NEED TO BRING A LAPTOP. Each room has a laptop and a beamer. Please bring your presentation (in PDF or Powerpoint format) on a memory stick, and place it on the laptop before the start of the session.
